Our team is actively exploiting the unique properties of group IV semiconductor nanomembranes to realize transformational adaptive intelligent photonic and electronic systems.

The Silicon AIPES Research Group is funded by an AFOSR MURI grant and is
centered at the University of Wisconsin-Madison (PI: Prof. Max G. Lagally).
